When will my order ship?
Typically we try to get all orders made and shipped in 1 to 2 weeks. At some times due to our exponential growth we can get overwhelmed with orders and your order may take an additional week. This timeframe excludes "the Beast" smoker which takes 8 to 12 weeks.

Do you offer payment plans?
At this time we only offer financing for "The Beast" smoker. It is through a 3rd party company we work with so you must contact us to see if you qualify.

Do i need a stack extension with to use my deflector ?
We suggest using the stack extension so that you can get optimal flow. This allows for the right amount of draw in your pit to not only easily manage your fire and keep good airflow going into the firebox, but as well to provide adequate heat distribution in your pit to cook the food. It is not required, but it does tremendously help.

Do i have to clean and season my deflector or stack extension?
Yes we recommend cleaning any of our products that go into your pit so that you can assure you have removed all manufacturing oils and debris from the manufacturing process. we also do recommend seasoning these products as well with beef tallow or a can of spray oil like PAM.
